Autism and ADHD Coaching & Mentoring

Empowering you to understand and celebrate your neurodivergence and learn how to shine

Here at Neurostars, I help clients of all ages (children, young people and adults) to learn more about their own unique brain and to find ways to work with, rather than against it.

Together, we will explore your unique strengths and challenges, allowing you to grow in confidence and feel empowered by your neurodivergence.

I invite parents and carers of neurodivergent children to learn more about their child's neurodivergence.

Our Time to Shine

In recent years there has been a huge increase in the number of people receiving an Autism or ADHD diagnosis. This is not because neurodivergence is a trend, but because there is increased education about and acceptance of neurodiversity (although there is still a lot of work to be done!)

Finally, it is time for neurodivergent people to be understood and celebrated and our voices to be heard.

Neuro-affirming

Neurodivergent people think, feel and act differently.
You are not broken, you do not need 'fixing'.

By using a neuro-affirming approach in my practice, I acknowledge these differences and validate your own individual experiences.  I will meet you with curiosity and kindness. I will help you to understand your unique brain and what works for you.  Together, we will explore your individual strengths and develop your self-awareness, so that you can feel confident and comfortable being your true self.  We will explore strategies suitable for you and your way of thinking, rather than ones you have been led to believe you should be using.

What I offer

Happy clients

"I can highly recommend Kristen to work with as a coach. She is friendly and approachable. Her sessions were informative and supportive and I learnt so much about how ADHD affects all aspects of my life. I’m still on the RTC pathway for an official diagnosis but working with Kristen was one of the first times I really felt listened to and like someone truly understood my struggles."
